Accused Escapes from Police Custody in Odisha’s Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda: An accused has escaped from the police station in Odisha’s Jharsuguda district. He was arrested by the district police on Tuesday.

According to sources, the accused was arrested in a theft case and was jailed at Sadar police station in the Jharsuguda district of Odisha.

He escaped shortly before being shifted to the court to be produced before the magistrate.
