BJD Youth Leader Found Hanging At His Residence In Sundargarh

Sundargarh: The youth leader of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) was found hanging under mysterious circumstances at Bhitiriapada locality under Town police limits in Sundargarh district on Wednesday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Dhiraj Prasad, the party’s Sundargarh town unit president.

On being informed, police reached the spot and launched a probe. Though the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained, it is being suspected that he died by suicide.

Following this, a case of unnatural death has been registered and further investigation is underway.
