Body of Pregnant Woman Missing In Janjavati River in Koraput Found; Minor Daughter Untraceable

Koraput: The body of a pregnant woman, who went missing in the Janjabati river in the Narayanpatna block of Koraput district on Saturday along with her 5-year-old daughter, was recovered by a ODRAF team.

But the missing 5-year-old girl is still untraced. The ODRAF team continued to search for her.

The pregnant woman, Moti Tadingi from Dockari Ghati village along with her five-year-old daughter was washed away in the Janjavati river on Saturday.

They were washed away by the river current while trying to cross the river for defecation.
