Boyfriend stabs Delhi Teen over Multiple Times, Bludgeons Her to Death

New Delhi: A 16-year-old girl was stabbed over 16 times before her head was crushed by a stone by her boyfriend in Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy area on Monday.

The body of the victim, a resident of JJ Colony in Shahbad Dairy, was found lying in the street.

“A 16-year-old girl was stabbed 40-50 times and then was hit by a stone multiple times after which she died. All this has been captured on CCTV. Several people saw this but did not pay heed. Delhi has become extremely unsafe for women and girls. I appeal to the central govt to call a high-level meeting with Union HM, Delhi LG, DCW chief and Delhi CM”, said DCW chief Swati Maliwal.

The accused named Sahil is 20 years old. Six 6 teams have been formed by Delhi police to arrest the accused.

The victim was passing through the street when she was intercepted by the accused, who stabbed her multiple times. The couple was in a relationship but had a quarrel on Saturday.
