BTS’ RM Releases His First Solo Album ‘Indigo’

Seoul (South Korea): BTS’ Kim Namjoon alias RM released his first solo album ‘Indigo’ today. The south korean rapper also dropped the music video of ‘Wild Flower’ featuring vocalist Cho Youjeen.

In the song, RM has expressed his desire to live like a wild flower rather than a spark that disappears quickly. He also speaks about his journey, his dreams, what he desired and what he achieved.

RM’s solo album consists of 10 tracks. He collaborated with with several other musicians such as Erykah Badu, Tablo, Kim Sawol, Mahalia, Colde and Paul Blanco, among others, for the songs.

The tracks in the album include Yun, Still Life, All Day, Forgetfullness, Closer, Change Pt.2, Lonely, Hectic, Wild Flower and No.2.

Earlier, BTS’ agency BigHit Music had introduced Indigo an album like a diary that contains Namjoon’s thoughts and worries.

RM informed on his  SNS that he has been preparing for the album since early 2019. With the release of the Solo album, RM became the third member to debut as a solo artist after J-Hope and Jin.

He has previously shown his own musical ability by releasing mixtapes, including RM and MONO.
