Actor Nora Fatehi Interrogated by ED in Rs 200 Cr Extortion Case

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi appeared before Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday for questioning in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.

Fatehi is being interrogated by a team of top ED officials. According to sources, Fatehi will be questioned about Chandrashekhar and her statement will be recorded under the sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).  In the second supplementary charge sheet of the case, the ED has named Fatehi as an accused. Jacqueline Fernandez is co-accused in this case. ED has also interrogated Fernandez.

Earlier, ED had attached fixed deposits worth Rs 7.2 crore belonging to Fernandez terming them to be proceeds of crime received by the actresses.
