4 Killed in Chhattisgarh Mine Collapse, Several Villagers Trapped

Raipur: At least four persons are suspected to have died when a mine collapsed in Chhattisgarh’s Malgaon on Friday afternoon. Several villagers are also feared to be trapped in the collapsed mine.

According to sources, this mishap occurred at around 2 PM. Police and Chhattisgarh SDRF teams have rushed to the spot to take up rescue operations. Till now two persons have been rescued.

Details of the accident are awaited.
