4 Children, Teen Driver Killed as Tractor-Trolley Overturns in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: Four boys in the age group of 10 to 15 years and an 18-year-old tractor driver died when a tractor-trolley overturned in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur district on Monday. Two other children were injured in this accident.

According to reports, this accident happened in Tinheta Deori village under Chargavan police station limits. 0in the morning, city superintendent of police (CSP) Sunil Nema told PTI.

According to police sources, the children were transporting a water tank to a wedding when the accident occurred. The driver of the tractor lost control and it overturned.

The deceased were identified as Anup Barkade (12), Rajveer Gond (13), Devendra Barkade (15), Lucky Markam (10) and the driver of the tractor, Dharmendra Thakur (18).

The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
