CM Naveen Patnaik Pays Tribute to Naba Das at Jharsuguda Shraddhanjali Sabha

Jharsuguda: Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik reached Jharsuguda to pay his tributes to late Health Minister Naba Das.

The Chief Minister paid a floral tribute to the former health minister on his 12th day (Dwadasah) rituals. The 5T Secretary VK Pandian accompanied the CM. Many ministers and senior BJD leaders also attended the memorial service.

Extensive arrangements are made by the district administration and Biju Janata Dal for the Chief Minister’s visit. CM reached Jharsuguda at around 12.00 noon today.

The security force is increased for the memorial service ceremony of Naba Das.

As many as 13 platoons of the armed police force are deployed. Since the death of Naba Das, police have been deployed in various sensitive areas of the district and night patrolling has been tightened. The sensitive areas have been kept under CCTV surveillance. The reserve police force has also been kept on high alert.
