Elderly Man Trampled To Death By Wild Elephant In Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: A person was killed after being attacked by a wild elephant at Balikiyari village of Angat Jarda Panchayat under Hindol forest range of Dhenkanal District on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Lakshmidhar Sahu of Bali Kiari village.

According to reports, the incident occurred in the early hours of the morning while Lakshmidhar had gone to attend nature’s call when a wild elephant attacked him killing him on the spot.
