Emergency Landing of Varanasi Bound IndiGo Flight at Hyderabad Airport Due to Technical Snag  

Hyderabad: A Bengaluru-Varanasi IndiGo flight made an emergency landing at Hyderabad Airport in Telangana on Tuesday morning. The plane had to make this emergency landing because of a midair technical problem.

There were 137 passengers on the aircraft (6E897). The plane made the emergency landing due to a technical problem at 6:15 am. According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), all passengers are safe.

On March 11, an AIX Connect flight on its way to Lucknow from Bengaluru made an emergency landing at the Kempegowda International Airport only 10 minutes after its takeoff. Technical problem was the reason behind this emergency landing, said Air Asia authorities.
