Killer Nurse with $ 1 Million Reward on His Head Arrested in Delhi

New Delhi: A murder-accused Indian nurse having $ 1 million reward on his head was arrested by Delhi Police on Friday. He had allegedly murdered an Australian woman in Queensland in 2018. A record one million dollar reward was announced by Australia’s Queensland Police to catch this Indian nurse, Rajwinder Singh (38).

This Indian national served as a nurse in Australia. He is alleged to have escaped to India after murdering an Australian woman in 2018.

Rajwinder Singh worked as a nurse in Innisfail. According to Australian police, he fled from Australia two days after the murder. He left behind his wife and three children in Australia.

The reward declared to nab Rajwinder was the highest ever offered by Queensland police. When Australian police failed to track down the accused, even after four years of the murder, this huge reward was declared. Rajwinder was suspected to be hiding in India.

The woman allegedly killed by the Indian nurse was Toyah Cordingley (24). She was murdered while she was walking with her dog at Wangetti Beach in Australia in October 2018.
