Minor Boy Killed In Road Mishap In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A minor boy was killed after being hit by a truck in the Mancheswar area of the state capital city, Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.

According to reports, the incident occurred while the boy was riding a bicycle when a truck hit him from the rear. Subsequently, he died on the spot. However, the driver escaped from the spot soon after the mishap.

On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the body for post-mortem. Further investigation is underway in this regard.
