Over 40 Migrant Labourers Recused in Balangir

Balangir: Around 44 migrant labourers including 14 minors were rescued by Balangir town police on Friday. They were rescued while they were being trafficked to Hyderabad.

According to sources, out of 44 rescued labourers, 30 were adults and 14 were minors. All of them belong to Rengali village in Odisha’s Sundargarh district.

After getting some clues about trafficking, Balangir police conducted a raid and rescued the migrant workers from a passenger bus while they were on their way to Hyderabad.
