Pakistan’s ISI Uses Kashmiri School-Girl for Drug Trafficking

Srinagar: A narcotics trafficking racket run by Pakistan’s ISI in Kashmir was busted by security forces. A schoolgirl from the area along the LoC in Jammu Kashmir was arrested in this connection. This school girl of tender age was being used for drug smuggling by the ISI of Pakistan. According to sources, the arrested girl is a class 10 student who lives in a village near the LoC fence in the Mendhar sector of the Poonch district. Around 400 grams of “suspected heroin” was seized from her during a joint operation of the Border Security Force (BSF) and the Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday.

The girl also confessed that she had hidden another stock of narcotics in a ditch near her house.

As per investigating security personnel, a Pakistani “handler”, Ashaiq, used to hand over the illicit drugs to the girl at her house. The juvenile was directed to supply the narcotics to other school-going children living near the LoC.

It is reported that some Pakistanis living on the other side of the LoC usually visit families on Indian soil to push drugs and weapons.
