Tallest Bronze Statue of Bengaluru’s Founder Unveiled by PM Modi

Bengaluru: Karnataka’s capital and India’s silicon valley, Bengaluru will now boast of having the world’s tallest bronze statue of a founder of a city. Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled this ‘Statue of Prosperity’ in Bengaluru on Friday.

This 108-feet tall bronze idol is that of Bengaluru’s founder Nadaprabhu Kempegowda. This massive statue has been established at Bengaluru International Airport.

This statue has already entered the pages of ‘World Book of Records’ as the world’s tallest bronze statue of the founder of a city. The Kempegowda statue and a 23-acre theme park around it have been built at an expenditure of around Rs 84 crore.
