Virat Kohli Most Searched Cricketer on Google in 25-Yr-History of Search Engine

Star Indian cricketer Virat Kohli tops the list of cricketers searched on the internet since ‘Google’ came into existence 25 years back.

Recently ‘Google’ released the list of most searched topics in its entire 25-year-long history. In the list of most searched cricketers, Kohli’s name is at the top. The list includes players like Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, and Rohit Sharma. But Kohli is the ‘most searched cricketer’ in Google’s history.

But the most searched athlete on Google is Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo. Ronaldo surpasses Lionel Messi. When it comes to the “most searched sport”, football finished at the top.

Interestingly Kohli is a bigger fan of Ronaldo than he is of Messi.

“No trophy or any title can take anything away from what you’ve done in this sport and for sports fans around the world,” Kohli had once written for Ronaldo on Instagram after Ronaldo’s team was eliminated from the FIFA World Cup 2022.
