Odisha: ED Attaches ₹21.15 Crore Assets of Anmol Mines in Bank Fraud Case

Bhubaneswar: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached 18 properties worth Rs 21.15 crore of M/s Anmol Mines Pvt. Ltd. in connection with a bank fraud case involving M/s Indian Technomac Co. Ltd. (ITCOL) and others.

The attached assets include seven lands/flats in Barbil, six lands in Khordha, one residential flat in Cuttack, and four properties in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Anmol Mines is a private unlisted company that operates in the mining and quarrying sector.

The ED’s action comes after it launched an investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, based on an FIR registered by the CBI against ITCOL and others for alleged bank fraud.
