Keonjhar Junior Clerk Raided By Vigilance

Keonjhar: Odisha Vigilance is in action mood this morning, as it conducted multiple raids at several locations linked to Gangadhar Sahoo, a Junior Clerk at the Office of the Block Education Officer (BEO) in the Baunspal village of Keonjhar district.

In connection with allegations that Sahoo possessed assets out of proportion to his known sources of income, officials from the Odisha Vigilance department conducted multiple raids this morning.

Odisha Vigilance, led by 2 ASIs, 3 DSPs, 5 Inspectors and, other staffer is currently conducting simultaneous raids at the houses of the Clerk based on search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Keonjhar at the following locations

(1) Residential Govt. Quarter located at Jail Road Keonjhar, Dist-Keonjhar.

(2) One triple-storeyed Building located at 3rd lane Bhalukipatala, Keonjhar Town.

(3) House of relative located at Sarasposi, Telkoi Block, Dist-Keonjhar.

(4) Office Room of Sahoo located at BEO office, Baunspal, Dist-Keonjhar.

(5) House at native village Talapada, PS-Telkoi, Dist-Keonjhar.
