Manager Found Dead In Pool Of Blood In Rourkela

Rourkela: A man, working as a logistic manager at Jindal Steel and Power Limited was allegedly murdered in Rourkela.

The body of the deceased, identified as Moti Rampal was recovered from the company’s guest house at Barsuan under Lahunipara police limits in Sundargarh district on Monday.

The matter came to light when some workers of the company spotted Moti’s body lying in a pool of blood in the guest house and alerted the police.

On being informed, police arrived at the spot and recovered the body before sending it for post-mortem.

Though the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected that some miscreants thrashed him to death.

Meanwhile, police have initiated an investigation into the matter to ascertain the exact reason behind the death of Moti.
