Odia Actor Pintu Nanda Serious, Seeks Financial Help

Bhubaneswar: Noted Odia film actor Pintu Nanda’s health condition is serious, for which he has sought financial help from his fans and well-wishers.

Odia film actor Pintu Nanda was rushed to a private Hospital in Bhubaneswar, Wednesday, due to a critical health condition.

The family members informed that the actor is suffering from liver-related ailments and the doctors have advised to forward him to Delhi for advanced treatment.

As per the sources, a whopping amount of Rs 50 lakh is required for the treatment. Following this, the actor has sought financial help for his treatment.

In a video, shared by another Odia film actor, Mitu Mithun, Pintu was seen urging financial help from his fans and well-wishers.

“I am in a critical situation. My treatment is going on. In such a gloomy situation, I need financial support from you guys to recover and kindly support me through Mitu Bhai,” said the actor.

Pintu Nanda is currently staying with his elder brother Abhiram Nanda.   Earlier, Actor Pintu Nanda has been discharged from a private clinic in Odisha’s Cuttack city, where he was admitted due to liver cirrhosis.

The 45-year-old actor has two sons (Class 10 and Class 3). He is yet to go to Delhi for  his treatment due to lack of money.

Meanwhile, his fans and well-wishers are said to have started a fundraising campaign on social media platforms to facilitate the proper treatment of the actor.
