Australia Announce Squad For ODI Series Against India

Australia have announced their squad for the three-match one-day international series against India that will commence on March 17. The Aussies will be led by Pat Cummins, while other regulars like David Warner, Steve Smith, and Mitchell Starc have also been named.

Glenn Maxwell and Mitchell Marsh make their return to the squad. While Maxwell returns after a leg injury, Marsh has recovered from his ankle injury that ruled him out of the four-match Test series against India. Jhye Richardson also finds a place in the squad as well.

“With the World Cup just over seven months away, these matches in India are an important step in our preparation. Glenn, Mitchell, and Jhye are all important players in what we think the squad might look like come October,” said chief selector George Bailey.
