RCB Rope In Sania Mirza As Mentor For Inaugural Season Of Women’s IPL

Bengaluru: Ace tennis player Sania Mirza has been appointed as the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Women team’s mentor for the upcoming Women’s Premier League (WPL). The six-time Grand Slam champion expressed her satisfaction in mentoring the RCB women’s squad in a statement released by the RCB.

The Women’s Premier League has caused a “tectonic shift” in Indian women’s cricket, and Mirza said stated that she is “truly looking forward to being a part of this innovative pitch.”

While our coaching staff handle the cricket side of things, we couldn’t think of anyone better to guide our women cricketers about excelling under pressure.
