Berhampur-Bhubaneswar Flight From Rangeilunda Airstrip On Biju Patnaik’s Birth Anniversary

Berhempur: A non-scheduled flight is all set to take off from Rangeilunda airstrip to Bhubaneswar on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the former chief minister of Odisha, Biju Patnaik on 5 March.

Reportedly, the 10-seater flight will leave Bhubaneswar at 9:30 am and land at Rangeilunda airstrip at 10:20 am. The same flight will leave Rangeilunda at 10:40 am tomorrow and land at Biju Patnaik International Airport here at 11:30 am. Similar operations will commence on March 8 (Monday).

However, the airstrip does not have an air traffic control tower. The tower is not required for non-scheduled flights, an official said.
