CTET 2024 Results Out: Check Your Scores Now

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the results of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024. Candidates who took the exam can now check their results on the official CBSE website using their login credentials. Alongside the results, CBSE has published the final answer key for the exam.

Previously, CBSE had issued a provisional answer key and invited candidates to raise objections. The board stated that if a challenge is validated by subject experts, a policy decision would be taken, and the cost of the challenge would be refunded.

Post-result announcement, candidates will receive their marksheets and eligibility certificates via DigiLocker. These documents will feature an encrypted QR code for secure verification through the DigiLocker app.

To pass the CTET, candidates must score at least 60% as per NCTE guidelines. The exam took place on July 7 across 136 cities, conducted in two shifts.

The CTET 2024 included two papers: Paper 1 for aspiring teachers of Classes 1 to 5, and Paper 2 for those targeting Classes 6 to 8. Each paper consisted of 150 multiple-choice questions, with one mark awarded per correct answer and no negative marking.

The CTET certification is valid for life, and candidates can retake the exam to improve their scores as there is no limit on the number of attempts.
