New Delhi: Three Delhi traffic policemen were caught on CCTV camera dividing money allegedly taken as a bribe on Saturday.
The footage, which has gone viral on social media, shows the incident taking place inside a police checkpost in Gazipur at Thrill Lauri Circle.
In the video, one of the policemen is seen arguing with a man, who then places a bundle of cash on a table behind the cop. After the man leaves, the officer sits down to count the money. The footage then shows the officer sharing the cash with two other policemen, both of whom can be seen smiling.

Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena responded to the viral video on X (formerly Twitter), confirming that the three officers—two Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) and a head constable—have been suspended. He also stated that a thorough departmental inquiry is underway.
