Armed Miscreants Loot Gold, Silver from Jeweller at Gunpoint in Delang

Bhubaneswar: Unidentified armed miscreants allegedly looted 270 grams of gold and 6 kilograms of silver from a jeweller in  Delang area on Wednesday night.

The victim, Prashant Mohapatra, owns a jewellery store in the Delang market.

As per his complaint before the police, five miscreants, armed with guns, stopped him while he was returning home after closing his shop. They snatched away 270 grams of gold and 6 kilograms of silver from him at gunpoint.

The Delang police have started a manhunt to track down the culprits.
