Congress, AAP Finish Seat Sharing in 5 States, To Contest LS Polls Separately in Punjab

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress alliance on Saturday finalised seat sharing for Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Goa and Chandigarh. Both parties have decided to contest the polls separately in Punjab.

Addressing a joint press conference, AAP leader Sandeep Pathak informed that the AAP and Congress have decided to contest Lok Sabha polls separately in Punjab.

Congress leader Mukul Wasnik said that the AAP will contest 4 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi while the Congress will contest on the rest 3.

In Gujarat, AAP will contest Bharuch and Bhavnagar Lok Sabha seats.

The Congress will contest both Lok Sabha seats in Goa and lone seat in Chandigarh. In Haryana, Congress will contest 9 out of 10 Lok Sabha seats, while AAP will contest from Kurukshetra.
