Hrithik Roshan to be back as Superhero in Krrish 4, Confirms Siddharth Anand

Mumbai: Hrithik Roshan will again be seen as Krrish in the fourth instalment of the Indian superhero franchise created by Rakesh Roshan.

Filmmaker Siddharth Anand confirmed the making of Krrish 4 on Wednesday while responding to a user’s post on X.

The user had shared a photo of Hrithik as Krrish with the caption, “Krrish is coming.” Siddharth replied in the affirmative in the comment section, “Yep! He is.”

Because of Rakesh Roshan’s health condition, the future of Krrish 4 was embroiled in uncertainties. But Siddharth’s recent confirmation provided hopes to Krrish fans.

Siddharth’s comment, however, triggered speculation as to whether he has taken over directorial duties from Rakesh Roshan for Krrish 4. If true, this would mark the fourth collaboration between Hrithik and Siddharth, following Bang Bang, War and Fighter.

Krrish franchise started with Rakesh Roshan’s 2003 sci-fi drama Koi… Mil Gaya starring Hrithik and Preity Zinta. Roshan made two sequels — Krrish (2006) and Krrish 3 (2013).
