Man Arrested for Stabbing Bull With Iron Rod in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A person named Debraj Sundaray was arrested by the personnel of the Airfield police station in Bhubaneswar for his inhuman cruelty towards a stray bull.

He was arrested for attacking a stray bull in the Bhimatangi area. He allegedly hit the stray bull with an iron rod that pierced the neck of the poor animal.

This incident came to the fore when cow-vigilante Rashmiranjan Swain lodged a formal complaint with the Airfield police station in connection with the incident on the basis of the CCTV footage.

Following an investigation, police arrested the accused.

According to police sources, Debraj pierced the neck of a stray bull standing in front of his house with an iron rod.
