Decomposed Body of Businessman Found in Bhubaneswar Guest House

Bhubaneswar: The decomposed body of a businessman was recovered under mysterious conditions from a guest house at Maitri Vihar area in Bhubaneswar on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Tapan Prasad Acharya.

According to sources, Acharya hailed from Phulbani in Kandhanal district and was the owner of Subham Bio-CNG Pvt Ltd company. On Tuesday, he had come to Bhubaneswar to attend a corporate meeting.

He had checked in at the guest house on Tuesday and was staying in room number 202.

Police have recovered the body and sent it for post mortem. An investigation is on to ascertain the reason behind Acharya’s death.
