North American nation Mexico got its first Lord Ram Temple in the city of Queretaro on Sunday, a day before the pran-pratishtha (consecration ceremony) of Lord Ram Lalla in the newly built Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya on Monday,.
The consecration ceremony of the deity was held through traditional Hindu rituals performed by an American priest in the presence of Mexican hosts. The temple was later inaugurated and opened for devotees.
The idols placed in the Mexican temple were brought from India.
