Odia Student Tops National Law University (NLU), New Delhi

Bhubaneswar: Ritesh Patnaik, an Odia student of the National Law University (NLU) in New Delhi, won the status of the best law student in the 10th Convocation ceremony of the varsity held on August 26.

He received four Gold Medals in various categories. He was adjudged as the best student of the year, 2023 for his all-round excellence.

He was conferred the Justice YK Sabarwal Award as the best student for the 2018-23 Batch.

Ritesh received Gold Medals for the disciplines of Taxation Law, International Trade Law, Evidence Law, and Banking Law. He was felicitated by Supreme Court Justice S Ravindra Bhatt along with Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Satish Chandra Sharma, Education Minister of Delhi Government Ms. Atisi Singh, and Law Minister Kailash Gehlot.

Ritesh hails from CDA area of Cuttack and is the son of Chandiprasad Patnaik and Minerva Mahanty.
