One Terrorist Killed as Security Forces Foil Armed Infiltration Bid in Kashmir

Srinagar: Security forces at the International Border (IB) thwarted an infiltration attempt by a group of heavily armed terrorists on Saturday morning in the Akhnoor area of Kashmir. A terrorist was killed by the Indian security personnel.

According to reports, the security personnel found a group of four heavily armed terrorists trying to infiltrate into the Indian side from across the IB in the Khour sector of Akhnoor in the early hours on Saturday.

One of these infiltrating terrorists was slain in the firing by the troops. The body of the deceased terrorist was dragged back by his associates across the IB.
