Ratna Bhandar Case: Orissa HC Asks State Govt to Submit Status Report On Raghubir Das Commission Findings

Bhubaneswar: The Orissa High Court on Friday directed the state government to submit a status report on the Justice Raghubir Das Commission report on Puri Srimandir Ratna Bhandar.

Responding to the High Court directive, the government counsel pleaded for three weeks time to submit the report in court.

The High Court admitted the plea of the State government and fixed the next date for the next hearing of the matter on April 5.

The Justice Raghubir Das Commission submitted its report to the Odisha government on November 29, 2018, after completing its enquiry into the Ratna Bhandar missing keys issue.

It is alleged that the state government has not taken any action on the report. On Friday, the High Court directed the state government to submit a status report on the matter.
