Shiv Sena Nominates Former Congress Leader Milind Deora As Its Rajya Sabha Candidate

Mumbai: Milind Deora, who quit the Congress a month back to join the Shiv Sena, was nominated by the Ek Nath Shinde-led party as the Shiv Sena candidate for Rajya Sabha elections from Maharashtra on Wednesday.

Deora left Congress and joined the Shiv Sena on January 14.

Elections for 56 Rajya Sabha seats in 15 states will be held on February 27 and the last date for filing nomination papers will be February 15.
