Ganjam’s Sheragada Declared NAC by CM Naveen Patnaik

Berhampur: During his visit to Ganjam district on Wednesday, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced the Notified Area Council (NAC) status for Sheragada panchayat in Ganjam district.

While in Sheragada, the CM inaugurated and laid foundation stones for welfare projects worth Rs 300 crore for the area.

It may be noted that Sheragada comes under the assembly constituency of the Odisha CM.

Addressing a public meeting at Sheragada, Naveen Patnaik said “With the support of the locals, Hinjili-Sheragada constituency has become a model segment in the State. The Sheragada block has gained a new identity as the best block in the country. All houses in Hinjili Shergada are being provided with piped water.”
