Vijay Amruta Kulange Appointed As MD of OMFED

Bhubaneswar: The former Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner Vijay Amruta Kulange has been appointed by the Odisha Government as the Managing Director (MD) of Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (OMFED).

“The post of Managing Director, OMFED, Bhubaneswar is declared equivalent in status and responsibility to the post of Joint Secretary provided in the IAS cadre of the state,” an official notification regarding the appointment said.

Last month, IAS officer Kulange went on a month-long leave, and the state government appointed Rajesh Pravakar Patil as the new commissioner of BMC.
