Tata Steel Among Top 3 Most Attractive Employers in India: Randstad Survey

Bhubaneswar: Tata Steel has been recognized as one of the most attractive employer brands in India, ranking third in the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2023. This is a significant achievement for Tata Steel, as it has moved up from the top 10 in 2022.

The REBR analysis evaluates various factors that contribute to an employer brand, such as the employee value proposition (EVP) and employer attractiveness. This year’s research covered 32 global markets and gathered insights from an extensive survey of 163,000 respondents. The report reveals that work-life balance, good reputation, and attractive salary and benefits are the three most important EVP drivers for Indian employees.

Tata Steel has a long history of creating industry-leading policies and initiatives that promote employee welfare and diversity, equity, and inclusion. These include the 8-hour workday, Leave with Pay, and Workers’ Provident Fund Scheme, which were all adopted by the International Labour Organisation and enacted by the Law in India.
