Three Juveniles Kill Youth, Burn Body to Avenge Sexual Assault in Delhi

New Delhi: To avenge the sexual assault on one of them, three juveniles allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old youth to death and set his body on fire using dry grass and cloth in southeast Delhi’s Nizamuddin area.

Police have nabbed the three juveniles in the age group of 16 and 17. According to police sources, the victim was allegedly involved in the sexual exploitation of one of the accused. He and his two teenage associates made a plan to kill him.

They stabbed the victim Azad to death on December 21 night. They also tried to burn down the body near Khusro park. Police seized the half-burnt body.

The deceased was infamous for his bad character and anti-social activities in the Hazrat Nizamuddin police station area. Further investigation is being carried out.
