Job Offer of Rs 50 Lakh or More for 24 NIT Rourkela Students

Rourkela: During the recent placement drive, 24 students of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela in Odisha received job offers of packages of Rs 50 lakh or more. Eight students got an offer of Rs 52.89 LPA.

Students of NIT Rourkela received a total of 1534 job offers this year from more than 330 companies.

During the campus placement process, around 95% of the students from the BTech programme got recruited by companies.

Cent percent placement occurred in BTech branches like Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, and Ceramic Engineering as well as Dual Degrees in Mining Engineering and Ceramic Engineering. The average CTC of B.Tech students of NIT Rourkela in 2023 was Rs.14.22 LPA.
