SSC CHSL 2022 Notification Delayed, Exam Date, Application Process; Check Details

New Delhi: The date of the release of notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Exam 2022 has been further delayed by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). According to the commission, the notification will now be made public on December 6.

The SSC’s official website, ssc.nic.in, will have the notification available for download for interested candidates.

“Candidates are informed that the Notice Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2022 which was tentatively scheduled to be published on November 5, 2022, is now rescheduled to be published on December 6, 2022,” read the official notification.

It is also expected that the Tier-I exam, which was originally planned for February to March 2023, may be delayed.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, and Data Entry Operator (DEO) positions will be filled through the recruitment through the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (CHSL) Examination in 2022.

Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 27 in order to be eligible to apply for the examination.

The application cost is Rs 100 for applicants from the General category, whereas the application cost is waived for women candidates, applicants from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) who qualify for reservations.
