SSC IMD SA 2022 starts application process for recruitment in Meteorological Department

New Delhi: SSC has started the application process by releasing the advertisement for the recruitment of Scientific Assistant in the Meteorological Department. Candidates can apply till 18 October. The eligibility for it is graduation or a diploma in the relevant subjects.

As per the notification issued by the commission, the examination is to be conducted for the recruitment of about 990 Scientific Assistant Posts in IMD. The application process has started with the release of the notification by the Commission and the eligible candidates can submit their application by first registering and then logging in on the SSC official website, SSC.nic.in, along with the payment of Rs. 100/- fee.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Science subjects (with Physics subjects) or Computer Science or Information technology or Computer Application from a recognized University or any other higher education institution are eligible to fill out the form.
