Springfield (US): Merriam-Webster Dictionary has expanded its lexicon by incorporating 690 new words, many of which have been influenced by Gen Z. The renowned dictionary unveiled these additions in a recent announcement.

Gen Z-Influenced Words

Some of the most notable additions include “thirst trap,” “chef’s kiss,” “‘grammable,” and “beast mode.” These words reflect the evolving language trends of Gen Z, who are often early adopters of new vocabulary.
