Amitabh Bachchan Breaks Tradition, Wears Shoes to Meet Fans at Jalsa; Here’s Why

Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan, the beloved Bollywood superstar, made his customary appearance at his residence, Jalsa, in Juhu, Mumbai, on Sunday. However, this time there was a notable change: he wore shoes instead of his usual barefoot greeting.

The reason for this deviation from his tradition was revealed through a blog post on his website. Amitabh Bachchan explained that he had developed blisters on his feet while filming for his current project, Project K. Being cautious of a previous experience that had left him incapacitated for a while, he decided to wear shoes to protect his feet during his interaction with fans.

Speaking of his ongoing projects, Amitabh Bachchan is currently engrossed in shooting for Nag Ashwin’s Project K, which also features Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in leading roles. The film relies heavily on graphics and visual effects, with approximately 70-75 percent of the movie already completed. Both Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan have a few more days of shooting remaining.

Additionally, Big B has also resumed work on Section 84, a film written and directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. The movie stars Diana Penty, Abhishek Banerjee, and Nimrat Kaur.
