New Delhi: Prithviraj Sukumaran got injured in his leg while shooting for an action scene for Vilayath Buddha.
Reports suggest that the actor will undergo keyhole surgery today, June 26. After the surgery, he is advised to rest for a few weeks.

Vilayath Buddha is directed by Jayan Nambiar. The filmmaker worked as an assistant to late director Sachy in Ayyappanum Koshiyum.
On the work front, Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen next in Prabhas’ Salaar, which is directed by Prashanth Neel of KGF fame. The film will grace the screens worldwide on September 28 in multiple languages. Apart from Salaar, his long-pending film, Aadujjeevitham will also see a grand release in a couple of months.
