Shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ Starts, Ranbir Kapoor to Join Soon

Mumbai: The shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s version of ‘Ramayana’ has started with a pooja ceremony on the sets, reported IndiaToday.

As per reports, Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Lord Ram in the film, will join the shoot soon.

Nitesh Tiwari has started shooting of his ‘Ramayana’ with secondary artists. Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Lord Ram, is yet to join the crew. Sources informed IndiaToday.in that Ranbir will join the crew in the next few days. Sai Pallavi will play Sita in the film.

The Dangal director has created a separate team for the diction and dialogue department of ‘Ramayana’. It was reported that Tiwari put Ranbir Kapoor on to a diction expert to enhance his dialogue delivery for the mythological film.

Ranbir is said to be spending hours reading dialogues and sending videos to Tiwari.

The film is to be made on a massive scale with the VFX and special effects of an international level.
