“The Railway Men” to Bring Alive True Stories of Bhopal Gas Tragedy

Mumbai: The Railway Men backed by YRF Entertainment will release on November 18 on Netflix. This series is based on true stories that will bring back memories of the horrors of the Bhopal gas tragedy.

This four-episode series has R Madhavan, Babil Khan, Kay Kay Menon, Juhi Chawla, Raghubir Yadav and Divyenndu in the lead. The series revolves around real-life heroes, who put their best effort into containing the worst industrial disasters in the country.

The character played by Kay Kay Menon was a ticket checker at the Bhopal railway station, while Babil Khan’s character was a new loco pilot, Divyenndu was introduced as personnel posted on the station. R Madhavan appears as a driven officer of Indian Railways, who doesn’t want to leave people behind.

The series shows how ordinary men come together to save the lives of people on the fateful night of December 2, 1984. Juhi Chawla plays a politicianShiv Rawail on the show

The Railway Men marks the directorial debut of Shiv Rawail.
