Putin To Isolate In Bunker In View Of Major Flu Outbreak

Moscow: A significant flu outbreak has invaded the Kremlin and may push Russian President Vladimir Putin into seclusion in a bunker. The news comes one day after officials declared that Putin would not hold his customary year-end press conference.

Numerous media sites assert that the decision was made because of Mr. Putin’s health problems because Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov did not provide an explanation or explain the break with the convention. There has been a renewed interest in Vladimir Putin’s health since Russia began its war on Ukraine in February of this year.

According to sources citing Anna Popova, head of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, the H1N1 flu virus will be particularly severe in Russia this year.

In light of the outbreak of this contagious sickness, Russian officials are preventing the President from interacting with the public. It further mentioned that Mr. Putin is anticipated to postpone his speech to the Russian Parliament’s Upper House due to the widespread flu outbreak among officials.

Alina Kabaeva, Mr. Putin’s rumored girlfriend, and Mr. Putin will allegedly spend the New Year in a bunker east of the Ural Mountains, according to the General SVR Telegram channel, which routinely informs its followers on the Russia-Ukraine war.

Ms. Popova, on the other hand, recommended Russians to take preventive steps such as wearing masks, keeping their hands, faces, and other objects clean, and clearing their respiratory passages.

In case they experience any symptoms, she also advised staying at home.
