WATCH: China Gasps as Videos of Dead Bodies Piling At Hospitals & Crematoriums Surface; Deaths in Millions Predicted

Beijing: After the government lifted the stringent lockdown limits imposed by the zero-Covid policy, the number of Covid cases has continued to rise in China. An epidemiologist named Eric Feigl-Ding estimated that the number of Covid deaths in China possibly approached “millions.” As dead pile up in hospitals and crematoriums, videos that have come out of China appear to substantiate Feigl- Ding’s account.

Social media users have begun posting videos suggesting that the number of infections in China’s hospitals has surpassed capacity. Despite the absence of formal government proof, mortuary employees claimed they had to work extra shifts to address the spike in Covid deaths.

The US-based Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), which predicted that China might experience an explosion of Covid-19 cases and witness over a million deaths through 2023, supported Feigl- Ding’s assertion.

Authorities are rushing to construct “fever clinics,” or facilities where medical professionals can assess people’ symptoms and prescribe medication, as the virus spreads across the nation.

These clinics are typical on the Chinese mainland and are frequently connected to hospitals. They are made to stop the further spread of infectious diseases in medical environments.
